Refund & Return Policy for E-commerce Packaging
This policy explains the conditions under which customers may return or receive a refund for our e-commerce packaging materials. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Damaged Packaging
If the packaging materials arrive damaged, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. Customers must report the issue within 36 hours of delivery and submit photographic or video proof of the damage.
2. Incorrect Items Delivered
In case of an error on our part resulting in the wrong packaging being delivered, we will arrange a full refund or dispatch the correct items at no extra charge. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
3. Defective Packaging Materials
For items with functional issues such as leaks, tears, or manufacturing defects, a refund or replacement will be provided. Defects must be reported within 2–3 days of delivery, along with supporting evidence.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return or refund process, contact our support team at ops@prowrrap.com for authorization. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
5. Refund Timeline & Evidence Requirement
Refunds are processed within 7 working days upon verification. To qualify, video evidence must be submitted; without this, the claim will be rejected.
6. Return Shipping Responsibility
We will cover shipping for returns involving damaged or incorrect items. However, if the return is due to other reasons (e.g., customer error or change of mind), shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
7. Return Eligibility Conditions
Products must be returned in unused, unopened condition and in original packaging to qualify for a refund. We reserve the right to decline returns that fail to meet these standards.
